How did it feel to inhabit/embody/become this character (who was, of course a real person)?

What did you learn from the person you played?

not sure how exactly to word this but i feel like i learned maybe a new sense of being able to connect with / or to trust some of those who came before us, to trust there could be mutual warm regard across time//generations? the possibility of developing mutually nurturing relationships with ancestors? or just like an openness to connection across time, to the possibility of benevolent ancestors!! of course not a new thought or feeling, more just an embodied sense of it I maybe hadn't experienced before!!!

i also learned an openness to listening in quietness!
